Starting Over: Embracing Love, Trust, and New Beginnings

Have you ever woken up and felt like your world had shifted overnight? Like the life you knew had been turned upside down, leaving you to navigate a new, uncertain path? I’ve been there, and I know how disorienting it can be. But here’s something I’ve learned: in those moments of upheaval, when everything feels like it’s falling apart, a new beginning is often just around the corner.

My name is Lucinda, and I’m here to help you find that new beginning. I’m a Break-Up and Divorce Coach, and my work is rooted in a philosophy that has guided me through my own experiences of love, loss, and healing. It’s a simple yet powerful mantra that I want to share with you: Love, Trust & Be Loved.

A Personal Journey: Love, Trust & Be Loved

Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, struggling to make sense of a broken relationship and wondering how I’d ever move forward. It was in those moments of deep reflection that I began to develop the principles that would eventually guide my life—and my work.

  • Love Yourself: In the midst of heartache, I realized that the most important relationship I had was the one with myself. Loving yourself isn’t just about self-care; it’s about truly valuing who you are and recognizing your worth, even when others don’t. It’s the foundation upon which all other relationships are built.
  • Trust Yourself & Others Again: After experiencing betrayal or loss, trusting again can feel like an impossible task. But I discovered that trust begins with yourself—trusting your instincts, your decisions, and your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Once I rebuilt that trust within, I found that opening up to others became less daunting, and eventually, more rewarding.
  • Be Loved: As I learned to love and trust myself, I also opened up to the possibility of being loved again. Whether it was through new friendships, rekindling old connections, or even finding new romance, I realized that being loved starts with allowing yourself to receive it. It’s about being open to the joy and connection that life has to offer, no matter where you are in your journey.

Finding Your Own Path

The road to healing and new beginnings isn’t a straight line—it’s a winding path with its own unique twists and turns. But the good news is, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to help you navigate those bumps in the road and to remind you that a new chapter is always possible.

As you begin this journey, remember that it’s okay to take things one step at a time. Start by loving yourself, then rebuild your trust, and finally, open yourself up to being loved again. It’s a process, but one that can lead to incredible transformation and growth.

An Invitation to Your New Beginning

So, if you’re ready to embrace a new beginning, I invite you to join me. Let’s walk this path together, guided by the principles of Love, Trust & Be Loved. You have the strength within you to create a life filled with joy, connection, and love—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Thank you for being here. I’m excited to share more insights and inspiration with you as we move forward. Remember, the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Nurture it, trust it, and watch as your life unfolds in beautiful, unexpected ways.
